2. Delivery time

  • Inner city: 1–2 days

  • Nationwide: 2–5 days

  • Remote areas: 5–7 days

3. Shipping fee

  • Free shipping for orders from [the minimum amount you want to set].

  • Other orders: 20,000₫ – 35,000₫ depending on the area.

4. Package inspection
Customers are allowed to check the external condition of the package before receiving it.
Testing the product or opening the device on the spot is not allowed.

5. Delivery delays
In case delivery takes longer than expected due to weather conditions or force majeure, we will proactively contact you.
