Scratches or damage caused by external impact

3. Return/Exchange Process

Contact the shop via email/hotline

Provide an unboxing video + photos of the product’s condition

Send the product back to the shop’s address

The shop will inspect and respond within 2–3 days
4. Return/Exchange Fees

Shop’s fault: free of charge

Customer wants to exchange for another model: shipping fees will be covered by the customer
5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–7 days after the return/exchange is approved
-
Refunded to the bank account or e-wallet according to the original payment method
