Refund Policy

1. Return & Exchange Conditions
Applicable within 7 days from the date of receipt if:

  • The product is 100% brand new

  • Includes full box, manuals, tags, and accessories

  • There is a manufacturer defect or the wrong item was delivered

2. Cases Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Products that have been used

  • Scratches or damage caused by external impact

  • Customized or engraved products

3. Return/Exchange Process

  • Contact the shop via email/hotline

  • Provide an unboxing video + photos of the product’s condition

  • Send the product back to the shop’s address

  • The shop will inspect and respond within 2–3 days

4. Return/Exchange Fees

  • Shop’s fault: free of charge

  • Customer wants to exchange for another model: shipping fees will be covered by the customer

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 days after the return/exchange is approved

  • Refunded to the bank account or e-wallet according to the original payment method
